Hi, I had a Chapter 7 which was discharged completely in April of 2000. There are lots of debts, however that continue to report past due every month on my credit reports. Are they allowed to do this? I don't mind if they show past due on the discharge date, but they say nothing about being included in the bankruptcy. Are these items that I should dispute or have removed? Thanks for any and all answers!!! AMsun
