This is your next step. Send the same letter certified mail giving them 15 days to respond. Say something to the effect that they have failed to respond and their continued collection activities without validation is a violation of the fdcpa. Then file complaints with the NJ attorney general, your states AG, and the BBB. that arlington bitch thinks she is above the law. If you make a nice papertrail you can turn around and sue them and her. what state are you in?
