its my hubby card , but i am the one who got it for him he is the only one who can work , it would be a great hardship but i have been trying to get this pay . but with a car wreck my son and I where hurt,, we couldnt pay this bill but since the ca got a lawyer in my state started making payments and then month i didnt get a statement from them , so I was just wondering they sent me a letter telling me that I havent kept up with our agreement but I had I sent my payments like they said on the 5 of the month of 200 i sent copies of my cancelled checks and the statement which said when it was due and how much I didnt hear from them again i got a statement from them the next month but this time i havent so i was wanting to know if they are going to sue me I am tyring to get all the money i can to pay them any help is greatly appericated
