You are not responsible for any bills that someone else created, regardless of your age.
You did not enter the contract, your mother did.

They are coming after you because they think think they can intimdiate you. Fight back. They only have power if you give it to them.

Also, remember the person on the phone only has one way of getting money- taking it away from you. Pay no attention to their lies and deceit- they will say or do almost anything.
