When you filed for BK your lawyer should have done a little extra paperwork and gotten the judgment vacated. Apparently, he/she did NOT do that, but you can. You need to file a Motion to Vacate the judgment with the court where it is filed and you'll have to include proof that the debt that caused it was discharged with your bankruptcy.
