Can't say it enough - IF ITS INACURATE, DISPUTE IT !!!

It SHOULD, at the very least, show NO Balance, NO lates, and certainly say "included in bankruptcy" - anything else is bad reporting and you CAN and SHOULD dispute the hell out of it.

You are entitled to an ACCURATE report so you must hold their feet to the fire, all 3 CRA's AND the creditors furnishing the information.
