This is an awesome website. Thanks to all who've shared and bared their souls and woes. I wish I could monopolize some of you for a while to help me out but since I can't.....I see that there is list of books posted on this website that you can purchase to help you straighten out inaccuracies on your credit report and to fight CA's properly using the right tools. My question is this: Which book is the best? The most comphrensive? I know a lot may depend on your individual situation so....I am a recent BK filer, (chp 7-discharged in Jan 2003) and I will be receiving my credit reports soon and want to be armed to do battle if I need to. Hubby filed with me and he's already received a new Cap One unsecured card with a 1k limit. We aren't interested in repeating past mistakes but can appreciate the value in re-establishing credit AND cleaning up your credit report. I need a little advice on which book is the best.
