Is this outstanding account something reporting on your credit report?

If it's been 10 years since you last payed on it just dispute it with the CRA and it will drop off of your Credit Report.

I don't understand though how you know they want their money so bad but they've never contacted you. Doesn't seem like they want it much at all if they've never even sent you a letter.
