So, does this explain the SOL for judgments? If so, does that mean then that the SOL for a judgment in Kansas is seven and not five years? I guess my main question is...would I stand a chance to take them to court on the next garnishment and claim the SOL is up due to them not filing an extension...or does them just filing a garnishment order act as an extension?
