Hello, and thanks in advance for your reply. I sent a 3rd party collection agency one validation letters on a bill that the last payment was on 1/97. I do not recall this bill or the last payment. However they replied with a copy of the actual bill showing the date of service of 12/95 and last payment 1/97 and a "turn over" date of 2/97. Now they write back saying that they have "reopend" my account to 10/03. What should I do now?
