I found the FDIC Uniform Retail Credit Statement explaining in full about the 180 day charge-off. What I need now is Statement explainaing the SOL in full like FDIC has. Can you help me , I'm going to Court next week to prove the SOL has run and I want to have this also as proof. I already know that SOL in my State is 6 years
