WA SOL Credit Card Debt

Perfect timing ... it is time to buy the house and here (same day as approval letter) comes a summons for a credit card debt that was last paid on in 2000. From what I have read, the SOL has expired(I am in WA) - I need to know what I need to do, what I need to send and say and to whom, in order to make this go away and not harm my getting my house.
