reinsertion

Sent Why-Chat's Reinsertion letter to Equifax, it's been 20 days and no response, so I check my Equifax report and quess what the tradeline is still there. I'm really losing patience and was wondering what the next step would be. This is the only neg. trade line on any of my reports and is pulling my score down to 635ish. It has already been delete and re-reported/reinsered once, spoke with equifax, and sent why-chat's letter, waited 20days and then...? Thanks in advance
