Your disability is exempt. The judge sounds as if he's on thin ice, probably pandering to the creditor enemy-lawyer.
If this is Social Security Disability you might want to sit down at their office with one of their reps and tell them what has happened. Also contact Legal Aid, they are very helpful in these situations.
The court creditor doesn't want your car, they want cash. If this is disability you have even more rights and protections than the average citizen, it's just that the creditor lawyer slimeball doesn't want you to realize that.
