They need to pull her credit reports ASAP. It may help connect who the OC is that RMA bought the debt from or is collecting for. It will also give her, hopefully, the DOLA.

Its HIGHLY unlikely RMA could touch her house. There ARE exemptions, just like in bankruptcy.
