A judgment is a finding of fact by a court of law that you owe someone money. It has nothing to do with whether you are judgment proof or on disability.

Your disability is exempt.

The next step is for the creditors to summons you for a disposition of assets. They want to know if they can collect from you. All your assets are exempt. Your disability, social security etc is all exempt.

If they can't collect, it will stay a judgment in the public record file for whatever your states SOL is.
