Is there a way to know if there is a prejudgement freeze on a checking account..After a judgement, could it happen right away. How would I know? They can't pick an amount to do it,correct.I guess what I mean is,if they know that theres say 10.00 in an account, they would'nt bother.Would they be able to monitor when a large deposit was made and then jump right on it.Do they have access to dollar amounts beforehand. This is a cc judgement by the way for around 1000.00
Thanks
