Yes you can have the drafts transferred to any other account you wish,(all it requires is the account holders signed permission)

Make SURE that NONE of your debt accounts are "linked" to your bank.Otherwise, the bank might be able to draw from your checking to pay on a cc account if they are in the same "family".
