Once the OC sells the account, you owe the money to the new owner. Also, if an account that is charged off is no longer owed, why would anyone buy it? If this was the case, why would anyone bother to pay their bills? CAs are run to make a profit, as are the OCs that get stiffed for the money they loan you.

Life is not a bitch, life couldn't be better. Read my other post, this site isn't effecting us in any way.

Oh and one more thing, there are several people from this company that post here, I am not Dumb Debtor or the others that you mentioned. I do know that individual though. I am not mad, and am not hurling desperate whiny anything.
