This commentary concerning CA's and what they are about is so true. Though I'm not excited about not being able to pay my debts if I were capable it would be to the OC only...........when lending money there is always a risk and sometime the OC is on the short end of that risk but to transfer it to a CA that operates under these circumstances justifies not ever paying them in my mind !!!
