Hello, regarding our last post on the 4 year sol in california I have found when my last payment was made to each of my credit card companies, Wachovia last paid in good standing 11/02/2000; Advanta last paid in good standing 10/20/2000; & MBNA last paid in good standing 9/29/2000. Now with Briggs & Baker they told me not to pay monthly statements until they said so which was around 2/2001. Which is my starting time for the Calif. SOL? And what do I do about Wolpoff&Abramson? Is there some type of letter to send to stop the arbirtration process? They did send me the enlarged version of MBNAs usage rights and it does say that you go to NAF not jury, but it also states that I had a choice to opt out but that I didn't?! any way, thak you for your time.
