Since not all creditors report monthly, no more than 90 days out should be enough for creditors to show included accounts as 'included in bankruptcy'. That is also the time to start hammering on the CRAs and disputing inaccuracies and any account that is NOT noted as "IIB". Word of warning.. FUSA is hard-assed about reporting accounts correctly as "IIB". They will continue to show a charge-off with a balance due AND lates and INSIST its legal -- its not and there's a case in Fed Ct in AZ over just this issue.
