with a couple of offices in Cleveland and Columbus. Collection work for OCs is one of the things they do. I delt with them myself with them represenitng Providian Bank.
I say screw them over if you can. They did me a long time ago when I did not know any better.
They are just doing what some ass from somewhere is telling them to do. Maybe some CA bought your judgement from the OC, or maybe it is still the OC screwing with you.
TAKE EM DOWN Sue the bums for not doing their homework before they agreed to represent their client. They are the attorneys who should be telling their client not a good case, it would be illegal to sue this person, instead they do as robots due. Their client says do this and they do
as they wish regardless of the law, and violate your rights. Make THEM pay your legal fees to defend yourself in this frivalous law suit.
