I did get evicted, but i didn't go to court that day. they kept my damage deposit, and sent me writing stating that they were keeping it, but i don't know where that letter is. there was like 10months left, and i don't think they re-rented the apartment, but i know they could have, it was a corner apartment, facing the woods, highly sought after!
should i just file bankruptcy and take care of it all?
