if you pay a ca does that start the clock over before the sol run up mine will be up in 4/2003 i pray , but been paying for over 6 months now to a ca because of the scare tatics I didnt know where i stood with them just don't want to get judgement on me can't make payments now let alone get the money we so badly need its just one cc that was charged off when we got behind on some bill but house and car payments are just fine, so if i started the clock over i need to know what i can do or just mustard thru it any way thanks for all the help
