I am doing this ProSe. I have a Court appearance next week, the Judge has already told me what I need to bring to Court and that is anything and everything in writing to support my claim. It's too late now to get an attorney, this is for the judgment against me, I'm trying to get it vacated, then I will look for legal aide to represent me in gettting my money back.
All I need now is to know what the Judge is looking for me to bring to Court, all I have at this point is a canceled check which shows the SOL has run.
