Discover settled for 30%, so did Household Retail, First USA settled for 35%, to give you an example. These three were over $15,000 between them. I had a couple of local bank CC that would only settle for 55%. Because these two had a total of around $12,000 they pushed my average for settling all the accounts to around 45%. Hope that helps.
