Sorry i left that out! I am in Massachusetts and it was an account with the Associates (original creditor) for merchandise i bought and the collection agency is S&P Capital. Am I right in the SOL being 6 yrs here for this type of acct? I think my math was wrong too.......I went 30 days late in 4/97 does that mean they can report it til 10/04? (7 yrs)?
