Two months after I left to go to college, I came back home and the old lady that visits my newt door neighbor (she works for the same company I was working for) tells me the guy (who was always accusing everybody of stealing) was arrested and fired for stealing and forgery.

Heh - I'm half Cuban. I never understood when my grandmother used to tell me that a thief thinks everybody steals. I was never sure what that meant and had dismissed it as an weird old people talk. Now I understand fully. She had people pegged and hit the nail right on the head with her "weird sayings".
