Wonderful. Our 'Partners in Prosperity" the Communist Chinese calls dis Asymmetrical Warfare. John Nash outlined the concept in his 27 page masterpiece credited with changing commerce and the Cold War.
If you can hit your enemy later as well as now, hit him now. If you have a hunch about notifying Postal Inspectors, act on it at once.
Take credit for turning the worm. You pushed the envelope. You're not playing fair as the CA's see it. They expect trouble from State AG's and the FTC so they prepare. Scumball sleazebag plop-fly outfits like AssXXXX Acceptic budget funds to cover regulatory fines and perhaps 'olive oil' as well. The latter term attributed to the famous opportunist bureaucrat in Bridgeport, CT who told a bidder on construction work, "You wanna make the maccaronis go further, youse gotta put more olive oil in the water'. This enterprising bloke actually did a turn in the joint for that remark and the resultant flow of dollars. Tragic, a man can no longer speak his mind. Whatever happened to free speech? Free enterprise? Shocking.
Now you've kicked the ship of fools over onto a hard to port list. You're getting other agencies interested, after all bureacracies do enjoy developing innovative 'services' to provide us, such as protecting us from fraudulent mailings from nuisance collection thugs. Given enough complaints why they might have to set up a new departmental division and procure the requisite funds for its smooth operation. Hit them where they least expect it.
After a while as do serial killers, extortionists, criminals one and all 'collections professionals' reach a point of no return. Losing the capacity to turn around from their mistakes they inexorably tumble off the Bluffs of Avarice to their well deserved end. Congratulations. Thank you for your inspiring inventive strategy.

Capacitively,

Keyser Soze
