Right,

The thief sees others as himself. He steals, so must all others. Why do consumers get taken by predator CA's? Because most people are trustworthy and see others as like them. CA's know consumers believe their lies because they are trusting. CA's turn everything around making their misconduct the consumers' fault so as to throw them off balance. Rational processes are the first casualty of fear induced by these scumbag bullies. Once the logical workings of the mind are spragged, the predatory CA has control and soon will extract his ill gotten gain.
The CA is a higher albeit weaker strain of predatory larva. The honest brave bandit sticks a gun in his victim's ribs to frighten him into submission. The CA 'professional' hides behind a telephone in a long-unflushed toilet stall murmuring, yelling, shrieking his threats for the same purpose. Frighten the consumer in order to gain his valuables. Nice people, aren't they, Rufie? Ain't they so suave, Hughie & Mitchy? Yeah, not to worry, you'll not soon be forgotten.
Nor you Mr. Sussman. I do hope you'll like your new luxury suite a L'Hotel de Fed. And dear pals at JBC, Danny Boy Cadle & sCumpany, Woolpoofter & Scabies'Son, all of you nice folks who toil selflessly to make our world a better place.
Yeah, after a while the patterns of criminal behavior are impossbile to overlook in these 'collections professionals'. Did you escape from Cuba and if so what are your recollections? Dictators can easily be charted along criminal lines of conduct. A personal note, when Cuba becomes free the Florida Killing Fields will get the wake up call to all time.

Criminally,
