Can you explain exactly when the SOL starts. For instance: #1 Is it AFTER your last payment to the OC (you make a payment in January and the SOL starts in February) or #2 Is it ON the same day you make you last payment to the OC (you make a payment in January and the SOL starts in January) Can you please clear this up for me, it's vital because I'm suing based on number 2. Thank you
