I will admit that in some areas I agree with you.
Sending validation to get out of a debt is not wise. But just becasue you have been assigned the debt does not make it valid. Mistakes are made and send ig you a validation letter to produce complete accounting is every debtors right. This way they do not have to pay more than is owed.

Are you willing to say that all CA's are on the level and there are no con artists out there?
