See how nice that is? inteligent conversation without the childish crap. Ok, I agree mistakes are made. Does anyone on this website bother to tell these people that come here for advise that the attorneys that represent them are making all the money, and most of the claims they make are false, to generate hours by the attorney? How about that Scott? I know you know the average award to a plaintiff is statutorily $1000. Have you told these people they are being used by these attorneys because the lawyers know their is no limit to their fees, but they only have to pay their client 1k? In most cases the debtor is worse off than when they began. Wouldnt it make more sense to tell them to talk to the ca, instead of instantly taking a defensive posture, which makes us do the same?
