If not, just send your answer to the CA lawyer with a notice of appearance to the Court, keep the Court's copy of your answer until the hearing date.

Opt out is to remove yourself from the marketing of your credit data.

Filing a fraud report will make sure that any other creditors will not poison your report or file suit against you for accounts which are not yours.
