WANT TO SETTLE MY JUDGEMENT

I live in NJ and a collections attorney won a Judgement because I never responded.. I would like to pay off the Judgement after the fact.

1) Do I deal with the attorney, the cridotor or go right to the court?

2) Can the Judgement amount be negotiated to a lower amount and if so what is the success rate?

3) Once paid does the Judgement cease?
