I went into debt (NY) with several cards (loss of employment) and did not pay the OC'S and CA'a both again till six months later for a period of 4 months (found temp work). I could not keep up with their demands for settlement all at once and realistically did not have the money (it was either pay rent and keep food on the table or pay OC's and CA's and starve to death living on the streets)so I didn'y pay again. What iS the date of my last payment. When does SOL begin and how long must I wait? Thank you. Heidi
