It is not the last payment you should be concerned about in your situation, but the FIRST default date before the account was charged off.

If you kept your bills,look for the last statement that you paid WITHOUT a "late charge" or past due fee. The following month is considered the start of your NY SOL.

If you do not have the bills, get a "snail mail"copy of your Experian report, look for the removal date on the OC entry, deduct 7 years and you will have the start of your SOL.
