Why Chat! Please! can you advise me on the following: NC residents. We are two months BEYOND the SOL on a line of 5K credit we had to default on. We sent the CA your We are past the SOL mark and also put in a paragraph for them to cease and desist. That was 2 weeks ago and they are still calling us. We have caller ID so do not take their calls. What is our recourse to get them to stop calling us other than getting new unlisted number, and yes we sent it certified mail, have the green card receipt. Aren't they violating the law? Thank you so much!
