Did you file a motion to dismiss? If so, that has to be heard before anything else is done. You will go to court to have the motion to dismiss heard. If it is granted, case closed. If not, then they go forward from there. If your case was filed on a past sol debt, you might want to hire a lawyer to handle this for you.
