What they sent you is NOT proper validation. Without a full accounting of the alleged amount owed (from DAY ONE !) PLUS a copy of an agreement with YOUR signature on it, they have NOT validated squat !!

You need to send them a letter stating that their attempt at validation was utterly incomplete and doesn't prove a damn thing. Once you request validation, even if they do sue you, they STILL have to prove the debt to a judge !!

Without owning any property and no wages, the likelihood of you being sued is minimal - they can see from your credit report and other public records that you have NOTHING they can take to pay the debt. They're full of hot air with their threats - ignore them. Send the 2nd validation letter telling them their 1st response was crap.
