Ok, so if the oc can only charge off a debt once, why are there so many charge offs for the same debt. For example, one says "chrge off as of 12-97 to 7-1999" or another one says "Charge off as of 6-2002, 5-2002, 4-2002, 3-2002, 1-2002, 12-2001, 11-2001, 10-2001, 8-2001, 7-2001, 6-2001, 5-2001, 4-2001, 3-2001,2-2001" So when was the charge off date?
