Follow-up Questions on Summons Rec’d

I had posted regarding a summons I rec’d hat had not yet been filed & sent off WhyChat’s SOL letter, as the debt was outside of the 3 year statute in WA on open accounts.

My questions are these:

1) Now that I have sent the certified letter and have rec’d the paperwork back from the USPS, what can I expect? (this was to an atty for Asset Acceptance)
2) Do they have to serve me with another set of papers if they deign to proceed?
