just need some answer's

if you have been making monthly payments for over 6 months now and then all of sudden you stop getting statements from the law firm that has your account from a ca who got a lawyer from your state and you tell them that you can make monthly payments to them the sol isnt up until 4/2004 have never ask for validation of the account should I do it before they sue me or what ever they are going to do to me ,
by them not sending the statements to me what does that mean , I sent the payment anyway , just like last month , just never have been getting statements tell me how much I owe now or nothing does that mean I am getting sued or what?
my cr report was last checked on 10/27/03 and it shows the ca showing making payment charged off so if any one has any answers please tell me thanks for all the help this site has given me
the origianl creditor is providian evil ones they bee
