I had a car repossed a few months ago. The company turned this over to a collection agency. The collector calls me on my job, and tells anyone who answers that he wants to verify employment, because he is having me served. I understand that he can verify employment, but can he let everyone know that he wants to serve me legal papers to go to court. They picked the car up.
