Since the man called this morning and it is my husbands account, I don't have all the exact numbers at this stage. I do know that when my husband recieved the bill for the $46.30 that there were ALOT of additional, unexplained charges included which raised the bill, and that when he called them to talk to them about it, they flat out told him that they intentionally don't tell their customers about the charges he found on his bill until after they are charged. Initially, he was going to pay them their $46.30, but when he saw that they we're charging him fees that they wouldn't explain, he decided to stop paying them altogether. Obviously a bad move at the time, but now, we don't HAVE $400 to pay them. Per the site you posted- it would appear they can garnish up to 25% of his wages.
