Here's what I'm faced with, there was 2 payments made to this account number, to the OC, within 6 months of each other. Between the first payment and the second payment there was 188 days difference. (I didn't check my CR at that time so it's impossible now to see whether a chargeoff was on it) Between the second payment and when the CA brought it, it was 167 days. Now the CA is saying that the lawsuit against me was within the 6 years of chargeoff. Can this be correct since I can't verify if the first chargeoff took place after the 188 days?
