The reason why I would want to compel them to cough up the docs is because I believe they don't have them. All they sent was their typical computer generated listing of amounts owed, and an affidavit of a manager stating that I owe the money.

In addition, this is the SAME "evidence" they had last time and they ended up dismissing because they didn't have anything that would stand up in court.

Based on history, I am confident that this is the same situation. Only, THIS time, (the second time) they have gone too far and have filed upon bad faith. Yet another reason to compel. I did not countersue, but have intentions of filing against them for bad faith in the Supreme Court.
