Send the production documents and a request that the hearing on the motion to compel be canceled. Ask the attorney to send you a an agreed order for you to sign and return. The attorney should then file it with the court . The court will not be happy if the hearing goes on after you have complied with the production request -- it's a waste of time and $$.

Keep copies of everything sent or received.
