First, you need to deal with the Admissions ... or your lack of response.

The other side may file a motion to compel you to respond to the admissions. It will contain a request to the court that you be ordered to pay the fees and costs involved in compelling you to comply.

Another problem in failing to respond with discovery requests. Some states laws say if you don't comply, you lose the right to use that information/evidence as part of your prosecution/defense of the case. You have a legal right to learn (before you go to court) what evidence they plan to use against you; they have that same right.
